Tonno Vahk

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Vahk is a former derivatives and financial engineering specialist with over 25 years of experience in the financial markets. Since 2012 Mr. Vahk has been managing private equity investments in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on mining and real estate. Mr. Vahk began his career as a financial derivatives specialist at Swedbank, specializing in mezzanine and private equity financings for companies operating in the Baltics. After Swedbank, Mr. Vahk went on to manage several different Eastern European pensions funds, hedge funds and mezzanine funds. Mr. Vahk holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Robert Parr

Chief Operating Officer

Rob has over 30 years of mine engineering experience and has previously held COO roles in Africa and South America. He has extensive experience in investment analysis, strategic planning, business transformation, feasibility studies, new mine construction and mining operations. This experience includes underground and open pit environments, owner and contract mining, production and technical roles in a variety of commodities. Rob studied Mining Engineering at the Federation University of Australia, is a member of the AusIMM and is a Competent Person for evaluating mining reserves.

Javier Orduña, MSC, MCSM, MAIG

Chief Geologist

Javier has 25+ years of experience primarily as an exploration geologist, and has worked in Australia, Central Asia, west and north-east Africa, Europe, Cuba, and the Middle East. He has worked in regional greenfield exploration, through to brownfield mine-based exploration, and also spent time as an underground mine geologist at St Ives in Western Australia. He has also worked on several feasibility studies and mine development projects, and has been involved in successfully bringing several major projects through to production in Kazakhstan. He has experience in a wide variety of geological settings, and mineral types and has been involved in gold, copper, chromite, nickel, bauxite, iron ore, and mineral sands exploration and development projects and has extensive experience in VMS deposits.

Javier has a BSc in Geology from Southampton University, and also has master’s degrees from the Camborne School of Mines and Imperial College in the UK.

Bobby Dhaliwal, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Bobby works as a financial consultant with a number of TSX-V and CSE listed companies in the resources and technology sector, including in the roles of CFO and controller. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Langara College, as well as the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada.

Paul Angus, BSc, PgD, MIMMM, FGS

Exploration Manager

Paul has 15+ years’ experience as a geologist in mineral exploration and mining, and has worked as a Senior Associate Exploration Geologist with SRK. He has extensive experience in West Africa and Central Asia, including in the design, permitting, organisation and management of remote exploration programmes ranging from grassroots through to production, and has worked with multiple commodities including gold, silver, lead-zinc, copper, iron ore, diamonds, uranium, and bauxite. Paul has a Postgraduate Diploma in Mineral Resources from Cardiff University, UK, and is a Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining.

Christina Boddy

Corporate Secretary

Christina Boddy has acted as Corporate Secretary for a number of public companies in recent years, including GT Gold Corp. (TSX:GTT), Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation (TSXV.NEV), and Scottie Resources Corp. (TSXV: SCOT). Ms.Boddy acts as a consultant to public and private companies through Rhodanthe Corporate Services, a B.C.-based private company.
